Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Remove before heavy exercise, swimming, or cleaning. Professional cleaning and prong inspection recommended every 6–12 months — complimentary through our Lifetime Care program. Store in the included Diamondaire ring box or a soft-lined case when not worn.

Complimentary insured shipping on every order. All packages ship via FedEx with signature required and discreet packaging — no branding on the outside of the box.

Made-to-order rings ship within 7–10 business days. In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment your order leaves our hands.

Returns

30-day free returns. If it's not right, send it back — no restocking fee, no hassle. The ring must be unworn and in its original Diamondaire packaging. We'll email you a prepaid insured return label.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
