Professional Cleaning Ultrasonic cleaning and steam finishing to restore your ring's original brilliance. Removes oils, lotions, and the everyday buildup that dulls sparkle over time. Complimentary Β· Recommended every 6–12 months


Prong Inspection & Retightening Every prong checked under magnification and retightened as needed. Prongs loosen naturally with daily wear,= regular checks keep your diamond secure. Complimentary Β· Recommended every 6–12 months


Re-polishing Fine surface scratches from normal wear are buffed out and your ring is restored to its original finish, high shine or matte, depending on the design. Complimentary


Rhodium Re-dipping (white gold only) White gold's rhodium plating wears gradually, revealing a slightly warmer tone underneath. We'll re-plate your ring to restore its bright, silvery-white finish. Complimentary Β· Typically needed every 12–18 months

How to Book a Service

Step 1 β€” Request Log into your Diamondaire account, select the piece you'd like serviced, and choose the service(s) you need. You can select multiple services for the same piece in one request.


Step 2 β€” Ship We'll email you a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label. Pack your piece securely, in its original packaging if you have it, attach the label, and drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location.


Step 3 β€” Service Our team receives your piece, inspects it, and performs the requested services. If we notice anything beyond what you requested, a loose prong, unusual wear, we'll contact you before proceeding.


Step 4 β€” Return Your piece ships back to you fully insured with signature required. A detailed service report is attached to your account so you have a complete record of every service performed.


You'll receive email updates at every step: request confirmed, label sent, piece received, in service, shipped back, and complete.

When to Send Your Ring In

Not sure if it's time? Here are a few signs:


Your ring doesn't sparkle the way it used to, probably time for a cleaning. You can see a slight yellow warmth on your white gold band, rhodium re-dip is due. You notice fine scratches on the surface, a polish will take care of it. A prong feels slightly raised or catches on fabric, send it in soon, that means a prong may be loosening.


When in doubt, send it in. Every inspection is complimentary and we'd rather check it and tell you everything's fine than have you wait until something needs repair.

We do, both ways. Every service request comes with a prepaid, fully insured shipping label. Return shipping is on us as well.

Absolutely. Select all the services you need when you book and we'll take care of everything in a single visit. This is actually what we recommend, it saves you time and shipping.

Every service visit generates a detailed report attached to your account. It documents what was performed, any observations about the condition of the piece, and any recommendations for future care.

We'll contact you before doing any additional work. If a prong needs attention or we notice unusual wear, we'll explain what we found and get your approval before proceeding. No surprise charges, ever.

Yes. Our lifetime care commitment stays with the piece. As long as it's a genuine Diamondaire piece, you're covered, whether you purchased it yourself or received it as a gift. You'll just need to create a Diamondaire account and register the piece.

No. Original packaging is ideal but not required. Any small, secure box will work. Wrap the piece in soft cloth or tissue to prevent movement during transit.

Every shipment, to us and back to you, is fully insured for the complete value of the piece. In the unlikely event of a shipping loss, you're covered in full.
