How It Gets to You
Step 1 — Crafted & Inspected Once your order is placed, your piece is prepared by hand, inspected under magnification, and secured in our signature packaging. Engraved pieces and custom ring builds may require additional crafting time.
Step 2 — Shipped & Tracked Your order ships via FedEx or UPS with full transit insurance and real-time tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.
Step 3 — Delivered to You An adult signature is required at delivery — no exceptions. This protects your purchase from porch theft and ensures it arrives safely into the right hands. If you're not home, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a secure pickup location.
The Unboxing
Every Diamondaire order arrives in a discreet, unmarked outer box — no logos, no indication of what's inside. Inside, you'll find:
Your piece presented in a Diamondaire ring box or jewelry case, a microfiber pouch for travel and storage, your diamond's IGI grading certificate (for diamond orders), a care card with cleaning and maintenance instructions, and a return shipping label in case you need it.
The experience is designed to feel like a moment — whether you're opening it yourself or watching someone else discover what's inside.

All timelines begin after your order is confirmed and payment is processed. You'll receive email updates at each stage: order confirmed, in production (if applicable), shipped, and out for delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for a future phase.
